Tenant Design and Construction Guidelines

JWA tenants are required to follow the Tenant Criteria Manual for all tenant projects. The Tenant Criteria Manual defines acceptable design and construction standards as well as the multi-step approval process at the Airport.

Requesting a Project

To initiate a tenant project please fill out the Project Request/Initial Concept Review Form A. JWA will complete an Initial Concept Review within 30 days from the submission date and the JWA Development team will schedule a meeting with the tenant.
