Non-Discrimination Statement - Title VI
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and other related laws and regulations, provide that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or creed be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance. The County of Orange is committed to full compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and related statutes and regulations, in all programs and activities.
Title VI Civil Rights Plan and Community Participation Plan
John Wayne Airport's Title VI Civil Rights Plan was adopted by the Orange County Board of Supervisors on March 26, 2024. The Airport's Community Participation Plan is a companion to the Title VI Civil Rights Plan. Visit the Title VI Plan webpage for more information.
Making a Title VI Complaint
Allegations of discrimination may be reported to the Title VI Coordinator by mail, phone, or email using the contact information below, and should be reported within 180 days of the alleged occurrence. Complaints may also be submitted in person at any visitor information booth on the arrivals level of the Thomas F. Riley Terminal.
