John Wayne Airport does not have any flights to China or any other Pacific Rim country.
The current number of confirmed cases of Novel Coronavirus in the U.S. who had recently traveled to Wuhan, China, or had close contact with an infected person who recently traveled to Wuhan, China is updated regularly by the CDC at www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/cases-in-us.html. There are three confirmed cases in California, one in Los Angeles County, one in Orange County, and one in Santa Clara County.
